Steve Reiff, Inc. is pleased to offer industrial equipment and truck painting services, with capabilities in consulting, in-house treatment, design, and engineering. Our state-of-the-art facility houses 11 spray booths and 3 blast rooms, with a workspace capacity of 64' by 18' by 16', and the ability to handle weights up to 11 tons. Our services are ideal for heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, front loaders, road pavers, dump trucks, trailers, cranes, roll-offs, frac and vac tanks and concrete trucks; as well as fabricated weldments, fiberglass hoods, fabricated piping, and structural steel. Coating options include epoxies, enamels, coal tar, CARC coating, tank linings, polyurethanes, zinc, marine coatings, and military spec coatings. We utilize paint products from brands including but not limited to DuPont, PPG, Carboline, Sherwin Williams, Ameron, Porter, and customized blends. Custom colors are developed at our in-house mixing station featuring a production range of 1 pint to 1000 gallons.

Substrates including aluminum, fiberglass, metals, plastics, stainless steel, and steel can be painted, utilizing airless pumps, air dry, catalyzed curing/chemical cured, and conventional spraying application processes. Pre-coating preparation treatments include coating removal, abrasive blasting, adhesion promotion, sand blasting, manual sand methods, pressure washing, de-greasing, chemical rust inhibitors, and steam cleaning. We are equipped to handle fleets, offering fleet design capabilities and other special designs as specified. Typical lead times are 1 to 2 weeks, and we manage production volumes from low to high, and small and large runs. We hold our work to the highest standards, meeting most Mil profile and cleanliness specifications as set by the Society for Protective Coating.
